These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement" or "these Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "the Player", "you", or "your") and Cerah88 (hereinafter referred to as "Cerah88", "the Company", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://cerah88.cam (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform").

By accessing, browsing, or registering an account on the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, as well as any additional policies and guidelines published on the Platform from time to time, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy.

Cerah88 reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective upon publication on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To register and maintain an active account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which you hold an account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Cerah88 enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 21 years for all account holders, consistent with internationally licensed operator standards for casino and sports betting activities.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) acting in your own personal capacity.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your country or territory of residence.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law, including any jurisdiction where Cerah88 has voluntarily restricted access.
• You must not currently be subject to any self-exclusion agreement with Cerah88 or any other gambling operator through a shared exclusion registry.
• You must not be an employee, officer, director, agent, or immediate family member of any employee, officer, director, or agent of Cerah88 or any of its affiliated entities.

Cerah88 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Where Cerah88 identifies multiple accounts linked to the same person — whether by name, identity document, address, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or other identifier — the Company reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending or historical bonuses, and withhold any balance attributable to bonus winnings.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Cerah88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected].

Cerah88 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via a range of local and international payment methods. Accepted methods include, but are not limited to: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, as well as cryptocurrency methods including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and BNB.

All deposit funds must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Cerah88 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Where a deposit is identified as originating from a third party, Cerah88 reserves the right to reverse the transaction and close the account.

• Minimum deposit amount: RM 30 (or cryptocurrency equivalent at current market rate)
• Deposits are typically credited to your account balance in real time or within a few minutes, subject to payment provider processing times
• Cerah88 does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees
• Cryptocurrency deposits are accepted at the live market exchange rate at the time of transaction confirmation
• Cerah88 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations

Players may request withdrawal of Real Money Balance (i.e., deposited funds and winnings attributable to real money play) subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's account has been fully verified (KYC completed)
• The withdrawal amount does not include unsettled Bonus Funds subject to outstanding wagering requirements
• The Player has not breached any provision of these Terms
• The withdrawal is processed to a payment method previously used for deposit, wherever technically possible

Cerah88 targets the following withdrawal processing timelines, which represent best-effort estimates and are subject to external payment provider performance:

Cerah88 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times. In cases where a Player has not previously completed a deposit via the requested withdrawal method, Cerah88 may request alternative verification documentation.

Cerah88 offers various promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, referral bonuses, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Wagering Requirement: Unless otherwise stated, all bonus amounts are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20x (twenty times) the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus winnings is permitted.
• Time Limit: Bonus funds must be wagered within the promotional validity period specified in the promotion description. Unmet wagering requirements at expiry will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, table games, and sports betting markets may contribute at reduced rates. Refer to the specific promotion page for contribution rates.
• Bonus Abuse: Cerah88 reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate associated winnings where it identifies systematic exploitation of promotional offers, including but not limited to: multi-accounting, matched betting using the same bonus, low-risk hedging strategies designed to minimise variance while completing wagering, and any form of arbitrage betting using bonus funds.
• Maximum Bet: While wagering requirements on bonus funds remain active, the maximum permitted bet per game round or transaction is RM 50 (or cryptocurrency equivalent), unless stated otherwise. Bets placed in excess of this limit during an active bonus may be voided.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's terms.
• Eligibility: All bonuses are subject to the account eligibility criteria set out in Section 3. Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above only.

All bets placed on the Platform are final once confirmed. Cerah88 does not accept cancellation requests for settled wagers. The following general rules apply to all gaming activities:

• All bets are settled at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement, unless a manifest error has occurred (see below).
• Cerah88 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or market that has been incorrectly priced due to a technical error, data feed failure, or human error (collectively referred to as a "manifest error"). In such cases, bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• In the event of technical disruption during a gaming session — including disconnection from the server mid-round — the outcome of the round will be determined by the server-side result recorded at the time of disconnection. Cerah88 will not be liable for network or connectivity issues on the Player's side.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game, table, and market. These limits are displayed within each game interface and may be adjusted without notice.
• Cerah88 uses certified and independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) software for all non-live casino games. Live casino games are operated by third-party live game studios and are subject to those studios' own audit and licensing frameworks.
• Sports betting markets are governed by specific sporting rules applicable to each event. Where an event is postponed, abandoned, or declared void, bets will be settled according to the applicable sport-specific rule set.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Fraud: Any attempt to defraud Cerah88 or other players, including through the use of stolen payment credentials, chargebacks, or false identity documents.
• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one account, whether personally or through a proxy, nominee, or third party.
• Collusion: Conspiring with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, card games, or any other multi-player game environment.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play, as determined by Cerah88 in its reasonable judgement.
• Software Exploitation: Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, exploit software, or any third-party software designed to circumvent game mechanics or gain an unfair advantage.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime purpose. Cerah88 complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Underage Gambling: Attempting to register or play while under the age of 21.
• Abusive Behaviour: Engaging in threatening, abusive, or offensive conduct toward Cerah88 employees or support staff.

Upon detection of any prohibited conduct, Cerah88 may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice: void all pending and historical bets, withhold any balance on account, permanently close the account, and report the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game software, audio clips, and the compilation thereof, is the property of Cerah88 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, recreational, and non-commercial purposes. This licence does not permit: reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content; reverse engineering of any game software or Platform technology; or use of any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering tools.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content will terminate the limited licence granted under this clause and may constitute an infringement of Cerah88's intellectual property rights, for which Cerah88 may seek appropriate legal remedies.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cerah88 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to losses from gaming activity, technical failures, data loss, or service interruptions.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Cerah88 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, and third-party service disruptions may affect Platform availability.

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to limit liability for death or personal injury caused by Cerah88's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Cerah88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or financial crime
• Failure to complete satisfactory KYC verification upon request
• Suspicion that the account has been accessed by, or operated on behalf of, an ineligible person (including a person under 21 years of age)
• At the Player's own request, including for self-exclusion purposes under the Responsible Gambling Policy
• In compliance with a regulatory directive or court order

Where an account is closed due to Player-requested self-exclusion or voluntary account closure, any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the Player via their most recently used verified payment method, subject to standard KYC requirements being met. Bonus Funds and Bonus Winnings are forfeited upon account closure unless Cerah88 determines otherwise at its sole discretion.

Cerah88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We recognise that for the majority of players, gambling is a form of entertainment. However, we acknowledge that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic.

Players may access the following responsible gambling tools through their account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you may deposit
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the duration of individual gaming sessions
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks)
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your account from gaming activity — this option cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period
• Reality Checks: Set alerts to notify you of time spent in active gaming sessions

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cerah88 holds its international gaming licence. By accepting these Terms, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your account or any game outcome, you should first contact our Customer Support team at [email protected]. Cerah88 will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 5 to 10 business days. Complaints that remain unresolved after this period may be escalated to the relevant licensing authority under Cerah88's international gaming licence.

In the event of any discrepancy between the English version of these Terms and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

Cerah88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via email notification or an in-Platform notification. Non-material amendments (such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications that do not change the substance of any clause) may be made without specific notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any material amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure as described in Section 12.

The "Effective Date" shown at the top of this document reflects the date on which the current version of these Terms came into force.
